Strategic alignment begins with a careful assessment of stakeholder relationships and the ethical principles that are imbedded in your business practices.  Hill Center consultants use a leading assessment tool, the Self Assessment and Improvement Process (SAIP), for these assessment.   That tool provides a rigorous assessment of stakeholder relationships and the impact of ethical principles on the many aspects of an organization.
