About Us

The Hill Center and SAIP Institute believe that businesses have an obligation to operate in a manner that is both profitable and socially responsible. We also find that most effective business leaders seek to operate their business in accordance with ethical principles, and are concerned about the impact of their business on its stakeholders. Increasingly, these leaders are also realizing that the most effective business strategies also recognize the value of investing in stakeholder relationships.

Unfortunately, the resources and options available to these leaders can be difficult or costly to implement, and the information found is too theoretical in nature for practical use by typical small to mid-size organizations. We created Einsight to fill that gap, and to enable business leaders to align their commitment to social responsibility with their desires to achieve extraordinary commercial success. eInsight.org is designed to provide businesses of all sizes with information and practical ideas on varied topics related to performance-oriented business ethics and corporate social responsibility.

eInsight.org exists to help business leaders find better information, to aid in making better decisions, ultimately leading to a better world. If you'd like to participate in partnership with eInsight as a content provider, sponsor, or in any other way (e.g. promoting eIinsight, offering eInsight to your audiences, etc.), please call Charles A. Weinstein, director of the Hill Center for Ethical Business Leadership, at 651.265.5459, or email cweinstein@jjhill.org.
